We had some Brew Bus Brewing "You're my boy Blue" Blueberry Wheat Ale and some Organic Chef bone-in pork chops in the fridge. They were formally introduced.

Blueberry ale marinated chops rubbed with our "The WOW Factor" dry rub.

 

Pecan & Cherry wood a'soakin'...

 

 

...Potatoes ready for the coals!

 

 

Threw the chops on the weber grill and the potatoes and wood chips on the coal.

 

 

Meanwhile... cauliflower roasted it's ass off...

 

 

 

... and "The Wow Factor" mustard was concocted.
